Resolution 5/10/15k Run – Heaton Park, Manchester

Join us for this fabulous Sunday morning run in the beautiful Heaton Park, Manchester on Sunday 3rd March.

Whether you’re a novice runner or a seasoned runner, you can walk, jog or run the distance. The resolution run is for you.

This event comes with some fantastic benefits including a free t-shirt, water stations, race clock, kilometre markers and a medal.

Standard entry is just £12.50 which includes a Stroke Assocation t-shirt and with no set sponsorship target, sign up now at www.stroke.org.uk/resolution!

An alternative entry is available for £15.00 this includes a technical running vest, sign up online for the alternative entry!

Please note the on-the-day costs for the standard entries will be £15 and the alterntaive entries will £20.

The Stroke Association is a charity. We help survivors and their families and carers deal with the impact of stroke and fund research into the prevention and treatment of stroke. Help us change the lives and prevent stroke.

Resolution 5k/10k/15k Run – Trentham Gardens, Stoke-on-Trent

On Sunday 30th September the beautiful Trentham Gardens will be the location of our Resolution Run!

The course is flat and is suitable for both beginners and more seasoned runners. Whether you walk, jog or run the route the event is a fun approach to achieving your goals and improving your fitness.

To reward you for your hard work you will receive a medal and a Stroke Association T-Shirt to wear with pride on the day [runners can also choose to upgrade their T-shirt for a technical running vest for an additional £5].

Stroke is the UK’s third biggest killer and the leading cause of adult disability. By signing up for Resolution Run, taking regular exercise and following a healthier lifestyle, you will be reducing your own chances of having a stroke in the future.

Royal 5K Romp

Run through the beautiful Regent’s Park and raise vital funds and awareness for an amazing cause!

Whether you’re an experienced runner on a mission for your personal best, or you’re a total beginner looking for a bit of a challenge – this is guaranteed to be the event for you!

Fancy dress is entirely optional but encouraged, so dig out those crowns, bring the family along and sign up today! And who knows you could be walking away with a prize for fastest time or best fancy dress costume.
