SUBWAY Helping Hearts™ Family 5K series

The SUBWAY Helping Hearts™ Family 5K series is back for 2015! With lots of free and fun entertainment including face-painting, games and a bouncy castle, it’s the perfect day out for the whole family to enjoy!
This year you can either take part in a 5K Fun Run or at the 4.5K mark, enter our “Field of Fresh”, tackling a giant inflatable obstacle course before racing to the finish line. Children under 12 will go free, and it’s only £6.99 for everyone else, with all proceeds raised, including your entry fee, going to Heart Research UK. The money raised will help support the Heart Research UK and SUBWAY® Healthy Heart Grants scheme, to help fund heart health initiatives in your area.

In addition to the 5K fun run, participants will:
• Receive a FREE participant t-shirt
• Enjoy a FREE delicious SUBWAY® lunch
• Take home a FREE goody bag
• Have fun in the FREE family entertainment area
• Plus…kids under 12 are FREE to enter

ECI Charity Fun Run

ECI is hosting a 4k fun run at Danson Park in Welling. Kent.
The run is to rise fund s for its projcts in the ulk and abroad that promote positive civic values in communities. ECI is carrying out a family support project in London and a civic education project in schools in developing countries to help these communities overcome poverty.
