MACSFIT-PT RUNNING CLUB
Tuesday, April 2nd, 2019We are looking for the NEW to running, the ‘want’ to get fit but intimidated by better runners, the confused but highly motivated.
We offer smaller running groups, so that everyone can develop at a steady pace, in a safe and effective way, to keep people motivated and encouraged to achieve personal goals, in a friendly atmosphere.
We are also looking for RUNNING COACHES to join us and start clubs in their locations, teaching highly affordable sessions.
We ONLY charge £1 per person per session.

Here at Leggit we understand that running can be a daunting prospect – especially if you’re a bit out of practice! Thats why this programme is broken down into short sessions and why the exercises are designed to help you build up your running at a steady and safe pace. The most important thing is that running will not only keep you fit but will also help you de stress and above all should be fun! By the end of the 6 week period you will have improved from a walking pace to a comfortable jogging pace and should be able to cover a distance of about 5 kilometres (3 miles).
Now all that you need to do, is to get started!
