Created in 1973, Willen Lake is a nationally renowned habitat for birdlife and is a perfect tranquil venue for your 10km. The area is awash with perfectly surfaced pathways and our flat two-lap course route will offer wonderful vistas throughout.
The venue offers excellent onsite facilities including an on-site hotel. And with so much on offer for the all the family, this venue will appeal to runners far and wide.
As well as taking part in a professionally organised 10k race, entrants will also get a pre-race warm up led by an expert from Women’s Running magazine, pacers covering a variety of distances to help you achieve your target time, a top quality goody bag and medal for every finisher, a post run warm down with tea and cake and a personalised text message containing your race time and personal statistics from the day.

Entry costs £25 and there are discounts available for groups.
