Lying six miles to the north of Birmingham City Centre this landscape is a mosaic of open heathland, woodlands, wetlands, marshes and seven lakes each with their own rich variety of plants and wildlife and delivering a sense of wilderness within an urban environment.
Our two-lap course route uses well surfaced, wide and undulating pathways and will ensure all runners and spectators enjoy the captivating scenery within this historic landscape.
As well as taking part in a professionally organised 10k race, entrants will also get a pre-race warm up led by an expert from Women’s Running magazine, pacers covering a variety of distances to help you achieve your target time, a top quality goody bag and medal for every finisher, a post run warm down with tea and cake and a personalised text message containing your race time and personal statistics from the day.

Entry costs £25 and there are discounts available for groups.
