Situated just to the north of the city centre, Southampton Common is a much loved and well used green space and is also a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Our course route is gently undulating and offers a fascinating mix of woodland and parkland. Largely comprising excellent surfaced pathways, there are some short linking sections of trail and grassland.
As well as taking part in a professionally organised 10k race, entrants will also get a pre-race warm up led by an expert from Women’s Running magazine, pacers covering a variety of distances to help you achieve your target time, a top quality goody bag and medal for every finisher, a post run warm down with tea and cake and a personalised text message containing your race time and personal statistics from the day.

Entry costs £25 and there are discounts available for groups.
