Resolution Run 5/10/15k – Delamere Forest

Join the Stroke Association for this fantastic 5k/10k/15k run at the beautiful Delamere Forest on Sunday 13th March 2016. You can run, jog or walk the route – Resolution Runs are for everyone! If your New Year’s Resolution was to get more fit and active in 2016 then this is the event for you.

This will be the fifth Resolution Run in Delamere Forest and the race regularly sees over 400 runners tackling our forest course, which is one of our more challenging runs. The run follows a 5k course along forest paths (10/15k runners complete multiple laps) so beware – you may get very muddy!

The Stroke Association is a charity. We help survivors, their families and carers deal with the impact of stroke and fund research into the prevention and treatment of stroke. We believe that together we can conquer stroke.

Hagley Hall

Hagley Hall Resolution Run is in its second year and is a very popular run in this spectacular location.

This stately home has been a family home for 250 years and is set in 250 acres of landscaped parkland with panoramic views to the south west and The Malvern’s.

There will be snacks and refreshments available before and after the race.

The route is cross country and challenging in places taking you through the most beautiful natural scenery and you may even spot a few deer on the way!

Your entry fee only covers the cost of running the event, it’s your sponsorship which will mean we can be there to support more people living with stroke.

Ragley Hall

Ragley Hall Resolution Run is in its second year and is a very popular run in this fantastic location.

Entry includes access to the grounds and gardens of this beautiful 18th century house which is home to the 9th Marquess and Marchioness of Hereford and their children.

The lakeside Lodge will be open for refreshments and snacks for participants and spectators and the route takes you through little and big Grove and then up to Pearson’s wood with a stunning panoramic view of Ragley Hall as you run towards to the finish line.
