The First Hero Series 5K & 1K Fun Run is to be run in the tranquil and stunning Avenham Park. The course is a scenic and reasonably flat marshalled route which is perfect for all ability levels and for those PB Hunters.

As with all events that Our Local Heroes Foundation puts on there will be much more to see and do other than just the run. We actively encourage you to dress up as your favourite superhero 🙂

The event will also have music and medical cover for all eventualities.

Event details and schedule
The event will start near to the event registration at Avenham Park Pavillion.
Toilets are available close to the pavillion and there is parking available in many local areas close to the park.

It is advisable to bring warm clothes for pre-start and after the event and a Fancy Dress costume is always fun.

The route is fully marshalled and is 90% flat and 95% hard surface.

1400 – 5K Fun Run Starts
