This is a good course with a lot of flat stretches and only one hill. The race starts and finishes along the River Wye in Hereford. It benefits from stunning scenery as well as excellent transport links and facilities nearby.
The course follows the same route as the Autumn 10k and is on tarmac paths and on road. Ideal for runners of all abilities.
