Spread the Warmth was launched in response to the needless deaths of more than 200 older people per day in the cold weather. Our aim is to stop unnecessary suffering and preventable winter deaths, find out how we Spread the Warmth.

•Start – 9.30am
•Course – The route follows public roads that are closed to traffic from 9.15-10.00
